Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

My cancellation policy is 24-hours. This allows us to fill your appointment time with another patient off of a wait list if and when possible. If given less than 24-hours, I reserve the right to charge your full appointment fee depending on whether or not I can fill your appointment spot. Inclement Weather:

Keep in mind, your safety is my biggest priority, if at any time you do not feel comfortable driving or traveling, email me as soon as possible and you will not be charged for a missed visit. If you do not contact me to cancel or within 24-hours after your missed appointment, you will be charged for a missed visit.
For obvious reasons, if you can give me 24-hour notice, that would be preferable.
I will determine all next day morning appointments (starting before 12pm) by 6pm the evening before.
All next day afternoon appointments will be determined by 10am same-day.
Any cancellations will be emailed and posted on my website and Facebook Page.
Any self-cancellations can also be done through my website if it’s more than 24-hours before your appointment.
